According to Eddie Hearn, the fight between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury will take place in a purpose-built stadium in Saudi Arabia.
This comes just days after the boxing promoter announced that the fight would take place on August 14 in Saudi Arabia.
Hearn has provided more details about the forthcoming contest, announcing that plans are in the works to stage the fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship at an entirely new venue.
When asked about the site, Hearn said of the Saudi Arabian hosts, “They want to create a new stadium.” They have choices for indoors.
“It’ll be about 23 degrees at 11 p.m. in August.
“They want to make something really unique.” They constructed a stadium for Andy Ruiz Jr’s fight last time in just seven weeks and it housed 18,000 people.
“The setup would be close.
On his official social media page, Tyson Fury recently took aim at three heavyweights from various fields.
He ridiculed Anthony Joshua while daring him to make the war happen, and he threatened to break Joshua’s face in his rant.
When I’m ranting. “I might as well call out one more person,” he said.
“A huge, pointless dosser,” says the narrator. He isn’t a true warrior. This is a publicity stunt. Bodybuilder, crossfitter, and owner of a large, unattractive s***house.
“If you’re out there, you big dosser, let’s make this war happen. You big s***house bum dosser.
“There’s nothing you can do to stop me from smashing your face in as well.” He continued by saying.
