Mr. Macaroni donates N500,000 to the family of a young Yoruba girl who was killed during a protest

Mr Macaroni, a Nigerian Instagram comedian, has contributed N500,000 to the family of a late young girl who was slain during a Yoruba protest.

At the Yoruba Nation protest in Ojota, Lagos state, the late Jumoke Oyeleke was killed by a stray gunshot allegedly fired by armed authorities.

After visiting the late Jumoke’s family, Mr. Macaroni posted a photo of the family to his Twitter profile.

He wrote.

“I visited the family of the late Jumoke Oyeleke; the 25yrs old that was killed during the Yoruba Nation Rally. They need all the support they can get right now. I have donated N500,000 today and I plead with all those who can to kindly support the family.”

The comedian also shared a fundraising link for the family, urging concerned Nigerians to contribute to the family’s cause.
